Learn Butchery lists every butchery course we can find in the UK, with the price, the length and what you take home taken from the provider's own page, and the date we read it.
How a listing is made
We find providers through their own websites and the marketplaces that list them, then read the course page itself. The title, price, duration, group size and what you take home are copied from that page, never estimated. If a provider does not publish a price, the listing says "on application". Every course shows the page it came from and the date we checked, and listings are re-checked when a provider tells us something has changed or when we revisit a region.
What we do not do
- We do not charge to be listed, and no provider can pay for a better position.
- We do not publish reviews or ratings. The facts are enough to compare on.
- We do not run courses or take bookings. Booking is always with the provider.
How the site is paid for
Some booking links go through affiliate schemes run by the marketplaces that sell the courses. If you book through one of those links the marketplace pays us a small commission and you pay the same price. Providers may in future be offered a featured listing, which will be labelled as such. That is the whole of it.
The name
learnbutchery.co.uk was first used, from 2008, by a London butcher for its own evening classes. The name lapsed years ago and passed through other hands before Domain Farm registered it in October 2026 to build this directory. Nothing on this site is connected with or endorsed by the original owner, who still runs classes and is listed here like everyone else.
Who publishes it
Learn Butchery is published by Domain Farm Ltd, a UK company that builds and runs niche directories and information sites. Company 13544286, registered in England and Wales. The site currently lists 31 providers and 82 courses.
